We ship USPS first class mail. Priority Mail upgrades are available for purchase on our website for an additional charge. Orders of 90.00 or more will receive an automatic shipping upgrade to Priority Mail.
Shipping notifications are emailed when your order is shipped. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate email address when you place your order.
We ship within 3-5 business days once an order is placed. Custom orders may take longer. Please inquire if you have a deadline.
The Hair Jeweler does not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your order. Please contact us for an exchange within 14 days of delivery if you need a different size.
If there is a problem with your hair comb within the first 12 months of purchase, please contact us for repair or replacement.
Please contact us for custom orders. We welcome your ideas and look forward to working with you to design the perfect piece for you.
Please note, custom orders do not qualify for sales promotions, discounts, and special offers. Custom order sales are final.
When your order is ready for purchase you will find it posted on our private listing page on our website.
If you would like the elastic replaced on your comb, restringing services can be ordered on our website. After completing your purchase of the service, we will email you further instructions on how to send us your comb(s).
If you have a different brand comb or your comb is missing beads, we need to take a look at what you have to see if we can do your repair. Please send us a picture of what you have so we can make this determination. Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion.
